Message: Re: Noront and Wyloo Metals Amend Arrangement Agreement Following Regulatory Review

So now Wyloo's true colours are starting to be revealed.

In effect they are taking away one of the important advantages they themselves highlighted as being a benefit of their offer over BHP's - the option to ride along with them in the development of the ROF.

I'm guessing they figured out that BHP, BaoSteel and their friends together own enough share to prevent Wyloo from getting the 90% they need to take NOT private.

Add this to the loan dilution scheme and it's clear Wyloo is a wolf in sheep's clothing.

Come on BHP, don't let Wyloo steal this mining district with their underhanded games!
