to me, on the bid/ask of the L2 quote,when institutions are trading.why do they buy then sell so quickly at a few cents profit?i dont understand the reasoning behind this.i would appreciate it if someone more knowledgable could elaborate on this whereas im still learning.thanks in advance for any reply. rick
