Before people jump all over me I would like to point out it was a fairly rough estimation on my part, I assumed that any mine would be able to mine 10Mt to 15Mt per year, the cost of capital in James Bay would be reasonable, and the chromium markets would hover in and around .70$. I have no idea what a chromite concentrator and a chormium smelter cost but I would imagine they are not cheap, hence my sketisim at any chrormium mine with low grade being able to cover the cap-ex.
