Yep, but oil is below production cost for oil sand in Alberta

There are many projects in oil that are delayed which will put pressure on price.

Further more, if Obama win, Joe Biden has a plan for use of coal by developping technology for clean coal and hope to sell this technology to China.

Coal index is about 4 years low.
