In that The Northern Miner article Quinton Hennigh is quoted as saying "If we can get away from having to build a mill,...the permitting [for a mine]...could be very quick." I wonder then if Millennium will let Novo use its mill. I plan to ask Quinton about this when I see him in San Francisco in a couple of weeks.
