Which agreement are you talking about? I didn't see anything on the Novo website or announcements pertaining to Pinetree agreeing to purchase Novo shares for $0.85/share.

And I am unsure how you are saying one side is "screwing" the other. Both sides swapped $1 million worth of shares.
