Good afternoon,

We now have 4642 sites under contract with Orange and MTN in 7 countries that are expected to generate over 800M USD over the contractual periods. The company has over 100 telecom sites built and generating revenues in DRC, Cameoon and South Sudan.

The Company received in October 2022 an approval for a 27M USD loan package from European Investment bank and an undisclosed Development Financial Institution. The signature of the loan agreement is now pending the completion of the groups legal due diligence review.

The Network as a Service ( NaaS ) requires important investment in the site building phase. Up to now, management has been able to secure sufficient funding to ship the necessary material to build 252 sites in the 3 respective countries and erect over 100 sites up to now.

With today's annoucement and the recent negotiation with our local contractors, we have resumed site's installation. Please expect periodic reports on the build status onward.
