Thanks, do you know what are the criteria for getting performance shares? Meaning going forward, what milestones need to be met to achieve more performance shares? I had a look at the sedar filings, but will need to look again to understand the criteria for getting performance shares(not sure if it's explained), how much of a salary is paid(can the salary cover the tax requirment or is it a choice to sell shares vs. use the salary to pay the tax).
