- EIB: timing delays, drop dead date (at what point will company move off of this, reconsider the Afriland loan
- Debt Settlement: timing delays, what are the roadblocks, why does this need to be concurrent with EIB signing
- Subsidiary Investment: timing delays, is EIB signing required prior to investors committing, what do prospective investors need to see before investing - more towers, higher revenue per site, what valuation are you expecting, will you list the Mauritius entity on the LSE

MANAGEMENT COMPENSATION
- Deferred Salary - why is this being paid back in shares at all time low share prices rather than from future revenue, when will this be finalized and at what price. It will be interesting to see how he addresses this as they have missed a lot of the milestones of late.

Tower Performance Metrics - will the company provide more transparency on tower metrics such as usage, revenue per site etc.
