From a speculator's standpoint we were at .075 in October so that means someone who got in then has done a pure double and in these turbulent times that could seem very attractive.
For those of us who have been here longer these price increments are "recovery" rather than profit.
Sometimes these issues have to plateau a while before making the next surge.
Given the current share price someone with deep pockets and confidence in the future of this product could make considerable profit in a short period of time. It is not likely that would be any "institution" as many have rules against investing in stocks lower than an arbritrary figure ie:$2.00. An individual company however with surplus cash can essentially do whatever the Board of Directors approves.
My NRI position is full so I am on "monitor mode". Lots more fun though when there is a nice "green" figure in the "change for the day" window.
