I don't think that this is as much as they were hoping for, and the price will have to do incredible things over the next week or so in order for them to raise much more money from the incentive plan. I think that this was a no brainer but they forget that peiple are being more careful with their money in these troubled times. If they have partner, now is the time to release the news because this will be the announcement to get people to redeem their warrants!
