As far as I know they were not planning a consolidation any time soon, but I think that the price will test the upper 30's soon so that the company can get the warrants exercised before the FDA decission and it will give them a good chunk of cash going into the decission. This could force the hand of a partner to take them more serious if they have the cash to do it themselves. Not that I want them to but it gives them a stronger bargaining tool when they have cash on hand.

Even bigger volume is right around the corner, this will fly because it is worth so much more than where we are right now and the big guys buying it know it!
