So the question is does Oilexco get $1.00 and that's it? What about it's bid through BIDCO to take over Shelly and the other properties. It appears from the news release that Bidco was unsuccessful in acquiring any of Oilexco's assets. Why was more information not provided from Oilexco or the Receiver spelling this out?

With the market halted after yesterdays rise in price the big question is how fast will Oilexco's price drop after this announcement and how low will it go? Any predictions?
