Olivut just closed there private placment and there largest sharholder Pierra Lassonde increased his stake adding 571429 flow through shares making his total 6,847,000 or 16.7 % of the company. President and CEO Leni Keough adds 50000 common shares making her total 2,373,071 shares or 5.8 % total raised in the placement was $340110 hopefully next year they will drill and find Canadas next diamond mine :-)
