"fear mongers" is probably why but the message is very much on topic and should be shared. This is from poster "rambler"
There is something else worth considering here regarding all the fear mongers that keep talking about a reverse split. In my 35 years in the industry we believe Keith St. Clair knows it would be foolish to initiate an R/S at this point in time. With the shares, options and warrants he holds as well as JB, he would not be so foolish to initiate it, if they were going to do it. You must remember that they hold the majority when you add the numbers. From a business view point it would be more logical to let the revenues begin and let the share price rise to significant levels so they can realize the maximum benefits. At the current pps it would be total insanity, because common sense and experience in this industry will tell you that it would be detrimental to the post split price and they would only lose more than they have to gain. They have now built very powerful alliances that can help the company to achieve success with a strong revenue base. We can not say for certain they will not do it in the future, but we are sure they realize that at this point in time, it would be completely ludicrous which could also be why Frohman may have "been asked to leave", if he was. We have seen this before and the best strategy is to build the company's revenues first and then at some future point if needed then do an R/S, but for the time being we believe they realize the first priority for success with the company and with their own holdings is to see the share price as high as possible for maximum benefit in our opinion, and we are sure they also realize that because of the talk of an R/S and even before, that the short position on this stock is probably astronomical which means with every new advancement of this company in revenue growth it can have a very powerful effect on increasing the pps tremendously. In our opinion we firmly believe that for shareholders who are long this can be a huge success and potentially a very profitable one. This is all our opinion based on experience.
