Illume Software was to merge last year around Mar 30 but the deal fell thru.

Their CEO (Ross) was to become OPMG's CEO, putting Frohman who knows where? Seems to me the riff squashed the deal. Ross moved on to another company in Boston as CEO.

Now that Frohman is out, new financing came into OPMG, my guess is the merger/acquisition is back on.

The products compliment each other is the point.

IMO, musical chairs lurking here.
