Here's why I say "waiting to close."

Nov 19 PR "shareholder update"

SafeonTheMove™ will also announce a major acquisition of a company with complementary technology next week, under which management of that company becomes an investor in SafeonTheMove™.

Had it closed "next week" we would have had another PR & 8-K long ago. Something must have delayed it and IMO it is affecting the launch date as well. Just a hunch, no facts to back it up.
