I understand your thoughts.

I am basing my comment on the update per Nov 19 PR. It says this:

"I am pleased that, despite the delays we encountered as a result of the recent Superstorm Sandy, our new team is moving forward, additional financing has been secured, and that our unique suite of solutions to the expanding problem of distracted driving, 'TextOnHold™' responsible texting product, and 'PushForPanic™', a personal security application, will soon be introduced to the consumer market."

The financial markets shut down, peoples focus shifted, maybe we were dealing with firms hit by the storm that needed time to re-group...I don't know, but St Clair corrected his "Nov launch" statement as bolded.

Our expectation remained as Nov, then Dec came and went...OK, but it does not mean it will never launch.

I'm disappointed but not jumping ship either.
