The added detail - that I may have forgotten about regarding the Nov 19th update.

Like the parties who were involved still being there and St. Clair still working on it. I had continued to be hopeful because of his previous business success and thinking his reputation was important to him. I know mine would be and would work my tail off for that reason alone.
