MONTRÉAL, QUÉBEC--(Marketwired - May 29, 2014) - Orbite Aluminae Inc. (TSX:ORT)(OTCQX:EORBF) ("Orbite" or the "Corporation") announces that its annual and special meeting of shareholders (the "Meeting") will be held on June 19, 2014 at 10:00 AM ET at the Fairmount The Queen Elizabeth (Jolliet Conference Room), 900 René-Lévesque Blvd West, Montréal, Québec.

Orbite will also be broadcasting the Meeting live via a public Webcast. The Meeting will be held in English and French, with simultaneous translation into in both languages. The webcast will be available in French and English.
