For a couple of different reason's.

1 The hub leader can get rid of the basher's and morons.

2. The IP check tool let's you know who is using multiple aliases!

So most of the game player's will stay at SH.

On a lighter note, thank's to the fellow shareholder's who wen't to the AGM and reported their findings, your efforts are truly appreciated!
