On BNN they just spoke about a new exchange that is hoping to be up and running sometime in 2014. Name is something like " equitac " or something like that. The name translated in its home language is "fairness" and it is going to have rules in place to deal with the issues of high frequency trading. Of course there are those that say HFT works well because it hooks up buyers with sellers ( LOL ) but I believe the vast majority would certainly say its harmful. Lots of hurdles for it regulatory wise but it will be interesting to see what unfolds. On an OPL note, bring on the news about MS5. ....... Please. TIA crzyhors
