YUP, if you are looking to add, this is a good time to do so. MM's are in complete control since there is no buying backing up OPL NR's. TSX.V is in a bear market and until the turn around we will not see the value we should on OPL. With that said, OPL/Atomic/Grayling all must step up to the plate to put their plans in action(earn the money we are paying them) with buying support from the USA. Something that was indicated would happen at the Special Meeting in January 2013.

IMO, the sprint to 50 cents was some short covering. MM's are back in control of the situation and are backing it down to the 45 cent level.
