Think about this for a second. If intel is using Poet Petents to produce a propriatary patented product. Logic would dictate that for the life of intels patent they would need to license the Poet patents used. or purchase them outright.

We could see this sort of thing happen allot. If licensing began to occure I would imagine the chip makers would use them differently.

Remember POET is a recepy. with that recepy you can add your own nugets of goodness if you wish thus making a custom version of it. That does not mean though that you wont have to pay for the base recepe.
