I also failed to mention in my last post that I like Dr Taylor's moxy. I could be wrong but I believe that the reference to the 10 BILLION dollars was the first time a BOD has actually stated publicly a potential dollar value for POET. The 10 Billion confirms some analysis done prior by RVH and others on this forum.
