To speak to this...what normally happens with an OTC Company when the above scenario happens is that they uplist to the NYSE or NASDAQ and current investors get their exit strategy. Not saying this will happen with OPEL but that is the normal course of an OTC company's corporate development life cycle.

If they IPO on Nasdaq existing investors tender their shares for the new big board shares generally at a higher price in accordance with NASDAQ or NYSE rules.
