Message: Enough Gallium and Arsenic available?

While Silicon has a share of 25 % of the earth's crust, Gallium with 16.9 ppm (parts per million), i.e. 0.00169 %, and Arsenic with 5.5 ppm (= 0.00055 %) is much more rare. Does someone have an idea whether this could pose a problem on mass production?
