Message: Enough Gallium and Arsenic available?

Yes, gallium mainly is a by-product of aluminium production and available in bauxite. Oogee posted a longer text about that.

I still have no idea how and how much arsenic is produced. The abundance of arsenic is about one third of that of gallium in the earth's crust. However, for GaAS you need the same amount (number of atoms) of gallium and arsenic.
