Fairchij, what a pity I can give you only one recommendation instead of the 10 (or more) your post deserves.

I really like Atomic's approach (as far as I can see or deduct it): carefully trying to lay grounds, closely watching what happens and adjusting measures with regards to the outcome. This will pay out in the long run – and only in the long run. So please lets be patient!
