I'm thinking that's exactly what it is Oogee. Another line is worded "may reduce the power consumption of laptops, tablets, smartphones, servers and/or other electronic devices by 80%". Poet's BOD may want to just stick to things they can back up with hard data right now, especially if they are trying to attract the attention of big tech companies.
