I heard about this effort, but never gave it much credence due to the listing requirements.

The difference between the tickers on the US vs. the Canadian side made me think again, but in the absence of more info I never made a post about it.

A 4 letter ticker? where do you think we'll end up :)

According to Chu, this would likely occur when POET transistions from R&D to earnings. This MD&A statement makes me think they are confident that we will be making some money soon!

Disclosure: I haven't read the MD&A yet and I've been drinking some forty creek. Hopefully this post makes sense :)
