And I really hope they don't cling to that "end of the month" or "end of the quarter" at all cost but rather negotiate a deal (or deals) reflecting POET's true value. If these negotiations need more time until, say, October – so be it!

However, I believe that in my opinion I may assume :-) some stockholders might have set themselves September as a hard limit and will dump their stock if that month stays without a deal. You can imagine this scenario's consequences on the share price. And if you knew it comes out this way you could make a nice trade. However, you can't, because things might turn out completely different. We don't know when (or if) a deal will be signed and how it will look like. Well, I do expect a decent one, be it sooner or even later.
