I think what people are saying is the general markets are very hot... they aren't talking about one particular exchange (which is probably one of the worst performers globally right now). A lot of the exchanges that are heavily weighted with tech stocks are doing very well. The venture is full of resource plays hence the abysmal performance so even though PTK is on that exchange, I believe people are comparing the performance of the stock with all other tech stocks and exchanges that are reaching all time highs.
