We have been notified by the operator of the SEDI website that most insider filings for August 27th will not be available to the public until the morning of August 28th.
Once we receive the August 27th filings from the SEDI operator, we will update the CanadianInsider.com website. We expect alerts for August 27th filings to be distributed during the trading day Wednesday.
Normal operations for SEDI filings on CanadianInsider.com are expected to resume on August 29th.
Thank you for your patience on as we wait for the SEDI operator to resolve this issue.
Please note that stock quotes as well as TSX and TSX Venture Marker data services continue to operate normally.
