So someone put a bid for 25K shares at .435 on the Venture. It was filled with an exact 25K sell a few minutes later.

On the US OTC, someone bought 25K shares at the exact same time. Arbitrage going on? Thoughts anyone?

I've been seeing similar action on 1K trades today, but this was pretty blatant.
