I appreciate the efforts to console, and I do understand all that has been said, but I'm still unhappy.

I know these things take a lot of time...I guess personal wants and needs are not going to move this thing forward any faster.

And yes, McNabbpa, they have done a reasonable job.

But it doesn't make me any happier.
