That same excuse has been used here for years now and on every other board for every other stock I've followed whenever it is dropping. According to that theory there has already been a few years of accumulation and enough is enough. Lets face it, there is someone still trying to dump here (possibly .23 PPers who we were convinced by others were also going to be strong hands). I wish I could find out what possesses them to do so at a time when there are supposed to be a lot of things coming down the pipe.
