Out of morbid curiosity, if you were a shareholder today, at what price would you tender your shares for the complete sale of POET? In other words, based on what you know about POET, what is a fair value per share?
PS. You asked if you should buy shares based on what you read here. The answer is no. You shouldn't own shares. Lots of research goes into owning this company, and you aren't ready yet.
Personally I don't want anyone buying unless they know exactly what they are getting in to. Because they won't have the ovaries to hold out against a lowball offer.
