If its them, with everything coming down the pipe it is a horrible decision IMO. Why not wait for much higher prices if you believe in what they are doing? If they had allowed the stock price to increase on the days where a lot of buying came in, then the stock would have built a much higher base and also drawn more general interest to the stock from the uptick with volume and they would be selling at much higher prices today. Instead they are giving their shares away in the 40s.... bad decision making IMO.
