We are always paying close attention to the exact wording of POET news releases. Something that caught my eyes is this, and I don't know if it has already been interpreted or valued:
Adoption of a Shareholder Rights Plan (SRP) – The Company will be structuring a special SRP to protect the potential value of the company, for all shareholders, during the period where discussions with potential partners may be taking place regarding PDA-related agreements, and as progress on the 100NM project continues.
The SRP will be "structured" (whatever that might be) for all shareholders, not just for the shareholders or simply shareholders. I understand this as an explicit hint to small shareholders like you and me. I have no idea what it could mean in practice, but at least it sounds good.
Please also note that the SRP is to protect the potential value of the company. This is of course food for all kinds of speculation, so I won't do that. But it also sounds good.
