Lets look at it this way KROM, supposing that Intel has no direct need for POET, atleast for the time being. That could well mean that their competitors have a rather urgent need to not let Intel completely steal the show. POET suddenly could find itself with some very interested parties. Looking a bit further, if Intel starts to feel the heat that their edge could get whittled down, or even eliminated, it could be the catalyst to have them make a decision to take POET off the table. Mega bucks if that were the case.
All speculation based on rather scanty info, but I'm really hoping that our management team is up to playing hardball with the big boys.
