To me this is just an indirect message that Intel will be part of PDA. In a snese that message is indicates that POET and Intel are competitors. One should take over other depending on who has better product. Obviously POET has better product. Intel is now shipping 14nm, in couple of years they can do 7nm but soon they should think about 0nm (not possible).. So they have to adopt POET or some kind..
