Scary,
The implication has been made that by just looking at the trading action/volume, people like rocky are sure that no news is forthcoming. The implicit assumption behind that conclusion is that if news was coming, it would be leaking out to a select few, and thus reflected in the share price.
My point is, if news was leaking out it would have been easier to get that information back in December before Grayling/Chu was hired. He has put strict limits on information flow/control since he came on board and those that were used to getting information from the company are shut off from that flow, and that frustration has come out on this board a number of times.
Nowhere has the company stated a military deal would be signed this quarter. That is the unexpected variable that everyone hopes is fulfilled. My point is you cannot deduce such a material event based upon share price. I have seen DOZENS of stocks with dead volume suddenly announce news that has forever changed their market cap, both negative and positive, without any hint that the "market" would have predicted beforehand.
