Message: Interesting article = an example of how dificult it is to keep up

So this being siad, Why does Poet need to go to 100nm? why not 200nm as the bench mark? who cares? if one chip POET at 100-200nm is 10x faster and uses 80% less energy scaling is no longer a factor? is this correct? Or does POET need to get to 100nm to compete perfomance wise?
