in my personal, subjective, indiviual, humble opinion it is perfectly okay if you state that people don't like your $70/share claim. :-)

I'd also consider it okay if you make it reproducible how you got to those $70. You could explain that under this and that assumption and this calculation you come to a certain conclusion. For example, if someone™ thinks this technology might be worth, say, $10 billion and divides that by 200 million shares and options he might get $50 per share as a result.

Everybody please replace those $10 billions by what you think POET is or will be worth and do your own arithmetic! Factor in the risks you see plus those that you don't see but might be there! Nobody else can do that for you. You are fully responsible for your money. Please don't blame me if the reality turns out not to agree with your calculations!
