From the Q2 Financial Statement the number of shares are

Common: 132,474,865

Options: 19,074,000

Warrants: 42,478,569

So I make that:

Fully Diluted: 194,027,434

Don't recall if any more options were issued since. I think 200 million is a reasonable number to use, we'll probably end up there before the sale is finalized anyway.
