Absolutely, POET's focus is on 100nm and PDA formation;

Adoption of a Shareholder Rights Plan (SRP) – The Company will be structuring a special SRP to protect the potential value of the company, for all shareholders, during the period where discussions with potential partners may be taking place regarding PDA-related agreements, and as progress on the 100NM project continues.
POET has made some efforts to protect the SP when there was falty insider trades and when Intels 22nm and Moores law, etc.
MS5 is not even in the rader.. MS7 was done at POET and according to Chris we are waiting for 3rd party.
I also remember one stetment from Chris this SP wont go up untill we reach all... In this case it will be reaching 100nm and PDA. Until then it is a "hold".
