The only other name I'm going to look for is Sheldon Inwentash. He isn't subject to any balckout and he has voted with his shares in the past.
If he begins selling his own PTK shares or PNP's PTK holdings I'll worry. Not as much about POET prospects, but about the market reaction. Many of us sat and watched as SI sold us down to 19 cents, all the while LP was doing interviews saying OPEL had to shift resources to handle all the tracker sales that were flying of the shelves in leaps and bounds. It was sadly ironic that the shareholders who had done the most DD with available info, were among the most easily trapped by trusting the company. Those who took their cue from SI fared better.
I don't believe that PC and MB are the type to play games like this, having looked them in the eye. So even if this is real insider selling and SI is shown to be the culprit, I'll be sticking around for the first license deal (or bust).
Who knows, SI might be thinking it's been far too long without word about POET milestones, and he's making his discontent known in no uncertain terms.
Whatever it takes to get the company talking.
