I think it is a good time to go back and re read all the info on the web page. Everything they talk about is positive, I don't see anything that suggests they are still trying to get things to work, everything they say sounds pretty defined and sure, I can hardly imagine they all of a sudden decided they can't get this to work.

I think we should probably give them the benefit of the dought for now and go with they are either in talks with a company and cannot say anything or some other reason that would jeopardize what they have been working on, that said, even a little, we can't say anything at the moment would be nice.
