could have been said weeks ago. What was the delay for that? Again, no real meat on that news release. We were supposed to have a military deal by fall, and everyone here was talking about all the possible events that would transpire. To me it doesn't look like any of that will happen and we have to continue to wait.
That said, there are some very positive statements in the news release to be happy about, but we've been getting those for years now and I'm still waiting for something to finally propel this thing forward. The one thing I really do like is that there doesn't seem to be any technical issues at the moment. Will have to see what the market thinks about this. To wait weeks for this, IMO is quite disappointing. Like I said before, expectations were raised signficantly during the last 3 weeks and I'm sure most expected the completion of both milestones + a military deal on the next announcement. At least thats what got shoved in our faces here regularly on this board. You can try twisting this as much as you want, but to me it spells more delays. The real issue next...
Mid-2014? They will run out of money right at that point so if there are any further delays that will force more dilution. This is a big no-no after they said there won't be any more and we should expect a liquidity event by the end of the year. I don't see any breathing room at this point in their execution plan which bothers me.
I truly hope the market sees this differently then me, but I'm tired of the same old news releases with no meat (i.e. deals)
